Adults, Babies and Children (ABC).

The Adults Babies and Children's Club is for children from age 0 to 3 years and the emphasis is on having fun. Children from two and a half are welcome at the Playgroup sessions.

There are 2 ABC sessions:

It's a great chance for Mums, Dads, Grandparents or carers to come along for a chat and coffee while the children play with the various toys. We have slides and tunnels, a 'home corner', books and jigsaws, arts and crafts etc. A typical session would consist of arriving and paying subs. 10.00 o'clock we say a short prayer before the children have a drink of juice and a biscuit. At 10.50 o'clock we clear up and at 11.00 o'clock we have a singsong and close with another short children's prayer.

Three times a year we hold a 'Pram Service' in the church. One of these is held at Christmas and one at Easter to tell the children the Easter and Christmas stories. The emphasis again is aimed at the children having fun and singing songs, with Easter bonnet competitions and Easter egg hunts, not forgetting a visit from Santa!

We also have had such things as a day trip to a children's farm during the warmer weather.
This informal little group is run by a team of committed Christians and is a gentle introduction to our Church and the Christian faith and is also and ideal opportunity to introduce your child into playgroup.

Parents are responsible for their own children at all times.
Cost is £1.00 per adult and 20p per child and is payable at the session attended. Where there is any difficulty in paying the fee, please let the leader know - no child must miss out due to financial circumstances

ABC is registered with the Under 8's section of the Social Services within Leeds City Council and is fully insured.
